What if I am running late?
We will allow 5 minutes before requiring you to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind, however, that if you arrive 5 minutes into your 15-minute appointment, that really does not leave much time, and certainly will affect the person who is to be seen after you. In general, out of respect to you, this office runs on time.
