Holiday Closed Dates

We are closed on the following Holidays in 2018:

May 28 (Memorial Day)

July 4 (Independence Day)

September 3 (Labor Day)

November 22 + 23 (Thanksgiving)

December 24 + 25 (Christmas)

December 31 and January 1 (New Years)

What if I am running late?

We will typically allow 10 minutes before requiring you to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind, however, that if you arrive 10 minutes into your 15-minute appointment, that really does not leave much time, and certainly will affect the person who is to be seen after you. In general, out of respect to you, this office runs on time.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are always taking new patients. To get people into the office faster, we typically schedule new patient visits with our Nurse Practitioners, but patients may schedule with anyone they choose.

Do you take Medicaid/Molina/Caresource?

No, we do not take any new patients with this insurance.

Do you accept new patients on chronic pain medications (opiates)?

No, we do not.

Do you perform DOT physicals?

Yes, Erin Welch, N.P. is able to do this kind of exam.

Do you take Workers Comp?

No, we do not.

Do you require urine or blood testing?

Yes. A urine or blood test is required every three months for every patient on a controlled substance without exception.

This office will not tolerate discrimination of any sort, including age, gender, race, or sexual orientation. This is an open and safe place.

However, we might look a little sideways at Michigan fans during the week of the "big game."
